Just received my ThermoWorks super fast pocket thermometer. I tested it and it seems to work great right out of the box. Definitely more accurate than my cheap dial thermometer, which was always a few degrees off, which will help me hit my mash temps better. Hard to beat for the price, and super fast shipping.
