thermowell installation help

this might be one of those DUH moments, but does anyone have instructions for installing a weldless thermowell from bargainfittings.com onto a brew pot?

I can't seem to find instructions online. I have 2 o-rings, the fitting, a ss washer and a nut. What's the order of installation?.

They seem to have good installation instructions for everything but the thermowells.
