Theoretical batch size question

For batch sparging, is there a batch size max limit (like do the real breweries do something else)?

Limit is the size of your equipment. Most commercial operations use more complex methods. Main one I can think of is Fly Sparging, which home brewers do, but the Batch method is easier to start with and I think most people decide to stick with it because it works.
