Ive just ordered 2 vial of Yeast Bay Amalgamation , which is a blend of 6 brett. I want to do a 100 % brett IPa with it. White lab says to not make a starter with a a yeast mix cause it will unbalance the proportion of each brett.i saw online that theres only 3 billion cell per vial and that i should pitch at a rate of a lager for a 100% brett beer.im not sure what to do, i got a hard time thinking that 6 billions cells can make it in a 5 gallon batch. what would you do guys?
