i would ping them on any of the various social media accounts that they use...i think there is an email or phone number out there. i remember writing the weekend of superbowl sunday to see if they'd be pouring on superbowl sunday and got a reply pretty quickly.

Thought I'd put this here for more eyes:

FT: Seat(s) at a 5/19 Bourbon County horizontal tasting. ISO: Awesome Sours, Saisons, and/or IPAs.

So, a few friends and I (including BeerWorld) are doing a Bourbon County horizontal on 5/19 with all the stout variants. We may have a full BC Coffee vert, and we have a few random BCBS years, too. Should have Barleywine, too. It will be a maximum of a 6 people, and it will almost surely be in Manhattan.

We're looking to add a person or two with awesome non-stouts to add, i.e. sours, saisons, IPAs. (preference to the first 2 types). We're generally looking for things along the lines of DDG, Hommage, etc. Of course walez are welcome . Open to King Henry, as well. Ideally we'll find stuff that most of us haven't had. I'll have to run everything by the other people involved, but we want to lock everything down within a few days.

Hicksvillle Beverages currently has Southampton Imperial Russian Stout on their growler system. $20.99 for a 64oz growler and $11.00 for a 32oz growler. Great deal considering that 750ml bottles for this beer were selling for $16.00 when it was released at the brewpub.

gose hit town a while ago. i was bummed when i went out to get some and was told that it was limited to a 6'er...was really hoping to get a case for the summer. i didn't go to any other stores to get more. when i got my 6'er i was told more should be coming soon...hope so. just don't have the time or energy to run around town for beer these days.

basically it is like a taxi service, but they drive your car home with you in it. amazing for tastings and events where you don't want to have to take it easy or risk driving afterwards

I'm surprised this isn't a more common service. It's fairly regular in parts of Asia for some time now.

believe it or not, but i shared the same info on BA and it was deleted within the hour. i posted something asking why. i mean honestly, this is the kind of info that can save people's lives...no problems posting links to where to buy shippers or beer online or breweriana or even brewery release reservation sales, but posting something helpful like how to get home safe gets deleted. sheeshhh...

I am currently offering a similar service where I just attend the tasting in your place, saving all DWI concerns. Its expensive but I am trying to give back to the LI community
