Yay, wishlist bottles are being fulfilled for lotza vanilla speedway. Looks like 1 extra to those that requested it.

We started having more fun with blending it last night.

LSD - equal parts lotza, sea salt, and double barrel
<no name> - equal parts lotza and sea salt
<no name pt 2> - equal parts '16 BA numbskull and lotza (I preferred this one cold, tasted like an oatmeal raisin cookie with vanilla, when it warmed up it was tough to drink, then when it hit room temp it went back to tasting like a cookie....so...no idea wtf was going on in that 20-30min range)

Edit: and the VaNola Speedway they put on for Foundry members last night was divine. Not as good as nola DT, but damn....the chicory and sumatra coffee were basically playing Pong with each other while the vanilla sat there and watched.

The street tacos next door are legit?
Only after 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays when they’ve got the outdoor set up going on. Otherwise, nothing special, even with the recent ownership change (which did not affect the late night tacos). I don’t understand why the restaurant doesn’t sling the exact same product during the day, as those tacos are ******* fantastic. Mulitas are also prime if you want to get a little fatty.

Is there a more up-to-date brewery map for the Mira Mesa/Miramar/Sorrento Valley area? WestCoaster's is kind of all over the place, in that the map is definitely out dated (I got sad when the June '18 issue said Callahan's was still a brewpub in the area) and the fact that Align doesn't exist on their map and that O'Sullivan's definitely has changed to Savagewood.

Better in that I can quickly find the hours of operation...still as bad though. According to thise 2Kids and Align don't exist and Alesmith is sitting right behind Mikkeller. I guess a combination of the 2 will have to work, then the sdbeer site along with personal sites to confirm hours of operation.....and I might actually have to leave the house and do a driveby each location to confirm.

I have jury duty right now. I was thinking of going to The Local for lunch, anyone recommend something specific from them? Is there somewhere else I should go?
