Has anyone tried Mason ale works Johnny cash'd? Probably going to snag one from Bottlecraft since it's only 4 bucks and its barrel aged.

I tried the Bottlecraft/Mason collab BA beers they did a while back (probably still have?), and didn't love them. Didn't hate them, didn't love them. At $4 though what's the worst that could happen?

Quick response made me think they must have a social media presence... and just like that I've followed yet another liquor store. Web shop pick ups, too... thanks!

I apologize in advance for your increased spending. They tend to be $1 cheaper/more expensive than Bottlecrafts. They get their stuff about a day after Bottlecraft and BineNVine get theirs. They keep banker hours pretty much. But they also have a fridge near the back with single cans from the 4-6pks they got in and you can build your own 6pk and save 10%. Pretty solid distro too. They use to have a BottleLogic account, but last time I checked BL's website they are no longer listed.

I don't understand how any stores maintain a Bottle Logic account without forcing you to buy their core **** to access Stasis beers. Does anyone buy their core bottles willingly? Seems like more of a hassle than it's worth considering how few Stasis beers make it to distro anyway.

I remember going to Bottle Logic maybe 3 years ago and enjoyed their regular beers. Did something change?

I can't speak a whole lot to this because I've only been there once, but last year I made a greater LA/OC (aka anything north of Carlsbad) and hit Beachwood, Beachwood Blendery, Monkish, Bruery, Bottle Logic, and Noble over a two day span, and BL was easily my least favorite of all of them. I recall finding it very odd that the Stasis beers could be so good but the core beers on tap were so (relatively) bad.

All stasis beers make it to distro. To answer your question though the only people buying those trash non-stasis BL beers are craft beer newbies. I highly doubt anyone on this site buys them willingly.

In your unbiased opinion?

Easier to hide flaws when the beer tastes like a candy bar.

You are spot on. Very few will disagree with you.
