I'd always heard about aging that beer so I bought a 6pk last year to hold back and drink every couple months, for science. Haven't tried it at the year mark yet but even at 10 months it was every bit as good as it was when fresh.

I didn't even know about it until there was a QUAFF pub night there but Clem's Tap House put in a second bar and it's just Belgian imports. They ended up putting on a keg of Rodenbach Alexander for us last night once they found the coupler for it. One of the best draft lists of Belgian beer since Brabant.

I really enjoyed it! And it doesn’t have the ******** hazy mouthfeel that makes my tongue feel like it’s wearing a god damn turtleneck!

Yeah I did earlier when I was picking up grain and yeast. The Savagewood collab is also great. Their Lichtenhainer is also stellar. Just super clean beers all around. Nothing set but I was talking to Jacob about doing another batch of the 100% Red X malt beer I did with them a couple of years ago.
