I will admit it wasn't that smokey so if you have the time to do a 30 hr smoke then maybe that is the best for your life.
If you are going for a 220F oven it takes a long time, when we did it on my friends trager it would have been best at 30Hr but we went to sleep and it ended up going 40Of course it wasn't.
30hrs? GTFO.

Tiger is closed on Mondays unfortunately. Right across the street from the Observatory is a relatively new place called Tamarindo, solid Mexican food and definitely the most convenient for a show. A couple blocks away, by North Park Beer, is El Comal, one of my favorite restaurants in SD. One other option for tacos is Cantina Mayahuel, up at Adams and 30th, as I'm pretty sure they've got a Monday special for cheap margaritas and street tacos. If you're looking for good beer and food, I'd probably just eat at North Park Beer Co, as Mastiff offers killer food.Heading down to north park to see Mogwai tonight. Considering dinner at Tiger!Tiger! Anyone have a favorite place to eat? Anyone else to to the show? Want to meet for a beer or two? Heading south of the wall around 5

Considering ElComal or Tamarindo. My buddy is vegetarian and Tamarindo has some good options. May swing into NPBC for a beer also depending on the timing.Food:
North Park Beer Co (Mastiff)
Carnitas Snack Shack
City Tacos
Lucha Libre, if you're looking for a quick bite
Only been to Tamarindo once, but it was pretty good. The drinks impressed me more than the food. You could also do Rancho's and Sipz for vegetarian crapConsidering ElComal or Tamarindo. +1City Tacos
Rolled potato tacos at Tamarindo are so freaking delicious. I didn't think I could be impressed by potato tacos, but damn, they are good.Considering ElComal or Tamarindo. My buddy is vegetarian and Tamarindo has some good options. May swing into NPBC for a beer also depending on the timing.

That's not ABV, it's proportions.https://www.eventbrite.com/e/north-...woodshop-11-blend-of-many-tickets-39993897825
Why would the bottled beer be 9.9% when every part of the blend is >10% and a couple are >20%?
At 9.9% ABV, this beer is suitable for aging, but it is drinking great right now! That's not ABV, it's proportions.
Shhhhhhh! That mostra 4th anniversary list. WOW
Completely forgot that beer was even coming out this week... eh... it will be on tap all over I betHearing rumblings of places up in LA selling BCBS early. Has any of that spread to down here?
