Toro is fine. Except they have probably the worst food of any beer bar in San Diego. It's kind of embarrassing really. It's awful.

Buy a ******* deep fryer for ***** sake.

They did a great job with The Full Pint 7th Anniversary.

Attended the cellarmaker/hpb event last sat at tt! was fun and ran into Sage

Toro beforehand for the their IPA takeover and shocker, MT's IPA collab with HPB was my favorite. DDH Jetty was pretty good but had a slight chalky taste to it.

Picked up Pappy #1 yesterday and shared their triple IPA they had on tap which was very, very sneaky for the alcohol percentage. They'll be releasing each Pappy release each following week. Bottle count around 450 for #1.

Hit the VIP lap and the Coco/Vanilla was the standout with the Coffee Cake a close second. If you ask for DB Speedway in A&S make sure they pour you it and not Boxcar. The DB Speedway is heavy port out of tap cold, but let it warm and the bourbon starts to appear.

7 Grand for the BA beer/barrel tasting tonight, then Woodshop Sat with my girl! I hear the taplist for Woodshop is out, but cquiroga only likes to share it with sdreaper, who was at Alesmith for 7 hours by the time I got there and was happily giving middle fingers to everyone in attendance. And don't listen to his rec for Marzipan SS, it was awful.

Looking forward to meeting some of you peeps on Sat (and possibly tonight).

I'm thinking they just haven't processed them yet. Initial email confirmation said 5-7 days to process.

Yeah, I asked them and they told me the orders went through, but they are getting some clarifications on orders sorted out before running the credit cards. There were lots of confusion on the shipping vs. pick up option. I personally could not choose pick up when I did my order. (That $9 or dollars for shipping btw is for 1 quarter, not the whole year.)

Yeah, and I may change my preference to shipping since it's really not all that much money. We'll see. I just wanted to let the dust settle before even bringing it up with them.

I seriously can't ******* wait for Woodshop.

For those interested:
Waiting list for 2019 Sinner's and Saint's Club now up on Lost Abbey Shop. I was a bit reluctant since I've emailed them three times this week about the club, but have yet to get a response. I guess ****** customer service is par for the course with LA.
