Ha, they don't get a pass from me. Their clean beers are middle of the pack. Their barrel-program is just melting candy bars into a barrel and calling it a stout, strong ale, etc...

I buy BottleLogic stouts since it is super easy trade bait for other beers I actually want to drink. =)

Yep. This is why gose fell out of favor so quick, the drinkers were adding enough saltiness to their beer already.

It is very sweet beer, and thick. I might lack a lot of knowledge about maple stouts but I sorta expect them to be thick and sweet. I also had the abnormal bottlecraft colab today "koozy" I really enjoyed it. It lacked the "boozieness" that I tend to get from Northeast IPAs.

Ha, yeah, I split a crowler with someone when it was opened, and I ended up drinking about 75% of it. Slept good that night. Tasty beer, for sure!

I was about to say, Brick Kiln + Cellar Cuvee would be great.

Their saisons are damned good though, and I see kingg got in Oil of Aphrodite, which is a winner as well.

Very true, hearing about the sweatshirts there have been issues on the supplier side that has caused the delays. The emails appear to be like forms where you just fill in "beer name, abv, quantitiy, picture" and then it gets blasted off.

The shifting limits I got use to since I see other breweries do that as well as the sale is live and individuals are standing in line. Of course, like you, this doesn't really affect me that much since I just roll over friday after work anyways and get what I want and offer the rest of my allocation limit to friends.

I honestly think that Nicole was just very much overworked since she was a single person that had 4-5 different job titles. Ah well.

looks like the new Mikkeller SD Viking Facebook group admins (Frank & Mia) are both in Copenhagen... guess the mother ship wants to control the communications here in SD, probably to ensure consistency in their messaging/PR.

looks like the new Mikkeller SD Viking Facebook group admins (Frank & Mia) are both in Copenhagen... guess the mother ship wants to control the communications here in SD, probably to ensure consistency in their messaging/PR.

Yeah...I got back on the mailing list. Thinking they made a brand new one and hastily might have missed a couple individuals. It explains why the emails I got came in at 10am and 9pm. =P

Guys... Modern Times is incredible. Tried as much as I could in an hour and loved everything. Cherry, Vanilla, almond BBA Devils Teeth was awesome! Roots of coincidence killer. Critical band, loved it.

Headed to Mikkeller now so if anyone is there and sees a bunch of ********* Texans come say hi.

100% we are not getting into Societe as the last stop of this party bus bachelor party....
