I learned how to do that when I was in college and saved a ton of money. My kids aren't allowed to move out until they can cook and debone a whole chicken (order is not important), and make a stock for soup. That and pancakes. Then you can move out...

Costco Carlsbad has 2.5 inch, USDA Prime Bone-in Ribeyes once a month for 13.99/lb. I've checked into the meat suite once a month for the past 4 months haha.

275 degrees F until 115 internal temperature, let rest for 10 minutes, and then reverse seared to perfection!
