A few cases of BW per place. Most Bevmos don’t have it. I only found it at 2. 1 bottle limit.

Sorry about that, should’ve been clearer: Vons at 30th had a couple cases of 2015 bcbs on the floor this morning, bottle date of 10/20/15 (which some basic bitch untappding suggested to be a deer hunter batch basically). I’m really hoping whoever runs their beer/spirits dept was trying to pull a fast one on the consumers, nice little caveat emptor for any overzealous shitheads, kudos to them for trying to get rid of old inventory in a clever manner.

For Mission Valley North Bevmo, their order for BCBS ‘17 was screwed up, so they were given some BCBS’ 15 to sell instead. No bait n’ switch by them since they clearly told me it was a vintage. Maybe Vons had a similar situation, but they aren’t beer nerd-y enough to think the vintage matters. After all, its a Vons.

I saw this a couple minutes after you posted it and assumed you were being cheeky about this year's batch probably being infected, so I hopped in the car and drove over there. Found a couple cases by the beer and started putting a couple bottles in my basket when I noticed the 2015 tag and realized you were not being cheeky. Bailed and headed to Bevmo Point Loma and they still had 2017 bottles for sale.

Why on earth was that Vons selling 2015 bottles?

Pretty bad pricing compared to Ralphs. I think I spent $11 or $12 over there. Bevmo was $15.

There’s a lot of great beers from Fremont that I want to drink. But not going to trade for’em and mostly don’t see’em distro’d (at least not the ones I want). Want Brew 2k & moar BA Abominable. Maybe I’ve tried the BA Oatmeal stout? Dark Star? Gotta try that again.

B2K is whales, but I dream I’ll try it one day. Hopefully, they make it again and in greater quantity, but most breweries decide after making their most amazing beer to never make it again.

We got BA Darkstar and Darkstar Spice Wars (at a few shops), so I would expect to get BA Abom although not so sure on coffee/cinnamon BA Abom.

But if anything, Bottlecraft will get it.
