From the past week. I got to enjoy that Fou under the Northern Lights in Palmer, AK outside of Anchorage. That was my greatest drinking experience yet. It was absolutely amazing.

The Anchorage Brew is the Culmination IPA. It is the closest thing I've had to an East Coast IPA yet since I've been out here. All super late addition hops, craaaazy dry, and utterly quaffable. Gabe is definitely getting some tips from Shaun.

Doing this same thing when my cousin from CA comes out to visit. I have the beer and HF stemmed and he's bringing the matching SARA stemmed. Can't wait.
