I wish! I bailed and went to Kindred instead. I'm interested as well about the bottle and if its still available
I was at Kindred Saturday as well. But it was early and there were only two other people there. Nice taproom.

According to IG, Little Fish had bottles left on Sunday but didn't say a number.

Haha! I was also there kinda early :)

I would agree that the space is really nice. Hopefully the beer comes around. I liked it, but nothing mind blowing.
Is that the same brewer who made that Teal Camero Honey Saison that everyone and their mom on FB was losing their **** about?

I've never had anything from them so I can't comment; I just thought it was a bit odd to see people losing their **** over a honey saison.

No idea. He was at Jackie O's, Seventh Son, and now Kindred.

Yeah, all the hype had them built up for sours and then it came out as pretty mainstream. I had their wit a few months before they opened and I loved it. Stronger banana and clovr. Then they opened and it was really times down for the masses. It is the closest brewery by far in Columbus though so I'm really hoping.

Is it possible they are just trying to dial in traditional styles on the big system before going all in on a big sour program? It's not often you see breweries start hammering out sours immediately with great success.

Had the same experience with Urban Artifact in Cincy. I even bought into the "membership" before trying a beer to get on the ground floor of something awesome.

When I finally visited they dialed back their draft list and were trying to appeal to the everyday drinker. I still have faith!! Whenever they decide to release their bottles to the explorers club haha

I think that is fair and the yeasts needed to do the sours maybe are intelligently being kept the hell away from their bigger facility. That's probably why their farmhouse was a little bit of a letdown to me. Just no real complexity and one dimensional that once the yeasts develop could make it much better.

Yeah, right now to do both it really hard because which is their identity? These are two good examples. Platform seems to have found a nice balance. I've only had their orange blossom gose though so a limited sample.

I've never had anything from them so I can't really say. However, all I know is that all the hype with that stupid Teal Camero beer was super annoying. Pretty sure it was just a big group of buddies trying to invite hype.

Bummer I waste my money on that franchise all the time.

I try and go to a game every year. Last year I went to both home preseason games. My wife had a connection to Ray Farmer so we got to use his suite once. Unfortunately that isn't an option this year. I just have a hard time spending my hard earned money on a franchise that is just an embarrassment every year. I like the way things are looking with Jackson as the coach. Hopefully things start to turn around.

Looking for a nice place for lunch, maybe with a patio around Cleveland/north Olmsted/ Lakewood. Any suggestions?

Are you in the area long?? I'm right by the airport

PSA: If you are thinking about taking an out-of-state beercation, Frontier Airlines operates out of Columbus and Cincinnati, and offers crazy-cheap flights. Examples from today:

Cincinnati - Tampa $29
Cincinnati - San Francisco $39
Columbus - Philadelphia $39

I'm on the e-mail list and they send offers multiple times a week, sometimes as low as $20.
