We're psyched to announce a new beer that's coming down the rails- and this one's a collaboration with our friends at New England Brewing Co.! We got together and geeked out over the idea of a hoppy German helles and thus Beer Geek Helles was born! We're having grain custom malted for the beer, we've got bunches of Hallertau Blanc and Nelson Sauvin hops ready to go, and we can't wait for you to geek out with us this summer! A release schedule is still TBD so stay tuned for all the details in upcoming weeks.

Anyone know if it lasted thru the day?

Wishful thinking...
I was there too early to tell one way or the other but these weren't numbered and had such a high limit that I'd like to think so? Especially because there wasn't much hype around this release. Sorry, I realize this response is in fact less than useless. On the plus side the beer was good!

Anyone try the bottled Comb Over yet?
I'd like to try it again on a fresher palate, but I thought it was pretty solid with the just the right amount of funk. Prime Orange is supposed to have one of the few kegs of it for their NEBCO event Thursday if anyone wants to try it without opening their bottles.

I needs that peaches.
Speaking of which, I tried Comb Over from the bottle and actually got a very nice, but subtle, peach flavor from it. Tasted a hefy dose of oak and super tingly carbonation. It was good. Had that similar brett character from other NEBCO brews. I'd rate it above Blanche, but below Chardonneighbor. Ima save my others to see what some age does
