I didn`t even know that they had done Ghost Pigeon variants. Would love to try to catch it if they do any of them again, the base beer is very good. (& thankfully not hyped up)

With how crazy it's been lately I wouldn't be shocked if there was a 30+ person line the day Ghost Pigeon goes on tap.

Yeah, I think we're past the point of people sleeping on anything from NEBCO, particularly with the large amount of seemingly new folks who have flocked to the brewery post-expansion. A lot of them probably still haven't tried some of the rarer releases so something like Ghost Pigeon could certainly bring them out since a new to them beer from NEBCO seems to be enough to, rightfully, get people excited.

Went to Widow Browns in Danbury last night for the NEBCO dinner, well not really for the dinner just for the beers as we got there around 9PM. Locust Reign impressed me again, thought the the GB was some of the weakest GB I have had, for some reason we felt maybe it was a bit too warm, that and when it's served in mugs it kind of throws me off, pretty sure its all still on as they were full barrels and only about 40ppl were at the dinner, in case anyone is in the area.;) ISO GB cans in the FFD county area, anyone has some leads let me know!

Any ideas what's on this week, what was on the coming up list?
From facebook just now:

Not only will there be some beautifully awful 80's pop music playing in our tasting room today, there will be Sea Hag, Galaxy Pale, Alpha Weizen, Gandhi-Bot, and Elm City Pilsner on tap for growler sales.
Thanks,....and do the Safety Dance.

Has anyone seen cans of G-bot anywhere near the hartford area? Trying to score a few packs to share with friends that havent had it

My wife is going to fill some growlers for me tomorrow. Assuming G-Bot runs out before that, how is everyone liking Alpha Weizen and Galaxy Pale?

Kegs of Weisse Trash Culture in the wild. Got a glass at the Outer Space earlier, going on tap at Mikro once the OEC Nepenthes kicks (Wednesday was their guess).

I need to drink at the Outer Space more. My parents live like 1/4 mile away from there. Black out, stumble to parents house

Galaxy kicked according to their 4am facebook post. And I like Alpha Weizen; it's worth at least getting a 32oz fill of.
I'm now the proud owner of two growlers of Alpha Weizen and one of Gandhi-Bot. I hope they can another batch of Weisse Trash Culture, I love that beer!

How much are the growlette (32oz) fills at NEBCO, and what are the limits? Four of one beer, six fills per person?

Limits are same as 64oz. Totally container-based, not oz-based. 32oz fills have been half the price of 64s in the past (NEBCO somehow being the only brewery on the planet that understands there's no need to charge more per oz just because it's a smaller format). I can't promise they still are because I haven't been there since the price hike, but based on what people have posted here in the past, pretty sure still is...

Yeah I had never been there until last Friday to tick Jack's Abby Hopstitution #4

Tonight they had Bot, Galaxy and WTC on tap

Wow, that's pretty sweet. I know the guy who runs it and I used to go there all the time back when they only had like 3 draft lines, went to lots and lots of shows at The Space in high school, but it sounds like he's totally got his beer game on point now.

I only went there for the first time about a month ago for a Dean Ween show. The beer selection is absolutely mind blowing, especially for a concert venue.

On tap today Gandhi-Bot, Alpha Weizen, Sea Hag, Elm City Pilsner, and Fat 10-er #9

And from Twitter
Fat-10-er 9 going on today. A 4.8% Belgian pale/table beer. Hallertau blanc, saaz, and Amarillo hops.

Filling 8 more wine barrels to add to our growing barrel aging program. Lots of fun beers coming next year.

Coriolis cask advertised for the charity event at Prime New Haven on Thursday: https://www.facebook.com/events/697413003660289/?ref=22

Also I made the mistake of reading the comments on NEBCO's Facebook again. The whiny rants about distribution (now regularly complemented by helpful illegal advice) are rapidly gaining ground on the FBD responses to every single post as my favorite. Nothing however will probably ever top the sensitive pit bull owners from a few months ago.
