There's a party store down the road from me that's had a case of 2016 BCBS on the shelf for at least six months. They want $20/bottle for it.

I haven't asked, but my guess is he'd take $16 or so per bottle if you bought all of it and paid cash. I'm so tempted every time I drive by there to just go in and make him an offer.

I just went to Griffin Claw out of obligation not desire. Cinnamon Vanilla BB Stout is really good BTW.

Remind me, going price for single BCBS around these parts?

Also, Kuhnhenn is doing ticketed releases for solstice, correct? I am def not waiting in any lines anymore but do need a BBBW fix.

Details are pretty fuzzy, I've only found the event notice on their website. They have a ton of beers listed, but none specifically ear-marked as bottles. Was there an email that was more specific? And are tickets available only on-site at Clinton Twp?

Holiday is $10.49 for regular and $12.99 for BW. One bottle of each only. No variants. Typical SE MI allotment.

They are releasing BCBS in Ontario for the first time. $24 CDN a bottle. Not sure on limits. But 1 per at Holiday and overpaying at home.... **** all that. Entirely.

Heard variants in general are very limited this year( in Michigan)...even by me and we usually see 2-4 casesof coffee insane amount of bw and even more regular....for such a small area we usually do well. But we do sell a crazy amount of ab InBev

I’m up in Petoskey and Traverse this weekend. Hoping to luck into some.

Wasn’t there a honey hole in TC where you lucked into some a few years back?

My brother is flying in to surprise my parents for Thanksgiving tonight, but his plane does not land at Metro until 12:50... I will be coming from the Jackson area. Where should I spend my time having a few drinks as I kill time waiting to pick him up?

Cultivate coffee and taphouse. Killer tap list tonight and 15 min from the airport. Close at 11 but you can go relax in a cell lot or go back to AA.

Stop at Homes brewing on the way too.

This is the correct answer.

Here's the thing with Schramm's tasting room...

I hate drinking there. Hate it. Whether I'm alone or with one person or a group. I can't stand it. It's so sterile and so blah. The people are incredibly nice, don't get me wrong. But I just hate it in there.

I have loved the events I've done where I sat on the patio the best. Looking forward to this year's gala not being in the taproom.
