In AA for the weekend and stumbled on this

Drinking the blackberry right now. I think I've just convinced the family to go to Schramm's tomorrow!

What are folks personal favorites? Any other brands I should look for on the shelf?

Just drink all the Schramm's if you have the chance. No reason to spend money on the others if you don't have to.

Saturday ftw*

*unless they don't do something to account for the lines freezing overnight again this year

Not exactly in metro Detroit, but close enough...

Been open a few months now. Great coffee and beer selection in a really cool space. They were the subject of a LIF on this site a few months ago and several TB folks donated. Anyway, just wanted to give them a quick plug and suggest that, if you find yourself around Ypsi, definitely stop in.

I will second this. I don't live close but I made a point to stop in when i was headed to A2. Love the coffee and the space. The staff are awesome as well! Look for the TalkBeer plaque!

Champane's is a crap hole.

I went up there once Tilquin made is way to MI to ask if they were getting any and I was told they didn't want to have to bother with any of that. Too bad because I live down Van Dyke and pass it on my way home from work.

Unless you like looking at lions.

My kids refer to is as the zoo with the dead animals.

Ellison is where he had gone. I am now following. I can barely keep up with what brewers are where in my own state, partly because I spend about one weekend in six in yours. Still would not be surprised if this was not a well thought out decision.

Maybe they "found" another Brewer they forgot about?

Hahaha! Word is he was lazy and ******* up. They got a guy who owned a home brew store in east Lansing ?!?! Supposed to be pretty solid guy. Time will tell!

Edit: DRIPA is ******, wtf happened to that beer? Distributors are literally telling bars here not to buy it and have been telling that to them for at least 6 months...
