My wife and I are expecting our first in Dec. I am looking to brew this beer to kind of clear out some of the stuff I have on hand. Hence some of the oddball amounts on some things. Open to thought, or suggestions. If there is a hop that you think should be in the mix, throw it out there...I might have some on hand.

Plan on doing 2 dry hops. One about 3 days in, one as I am a few points away from terminal gravity. The 20, 15 10 min additions were just kinda picked at random, not sure if I should move those to one big later addition.

Screw the .2 and .33 oz additions. Go .5 or 1 on all of them. It's a Double IPA after all.

Threw a bottle in the fridge on Weds to see where it's at. Under carbed, but just a hair. Otherwise, really freakin good.

Yeah...like I said though, I was trying to clean out some ingredients, hence the oddball amounts.

How is 0.02 oz of leftover Simcoe even possible? That’s a story I want to hear.
I know...honestly not sure how that happened, and why I didn't just throw it into whatever I was making. But I was digging through my hops in the freezer...and there it was.

Lol. What’s that like 3 pellets ? “Leave no hop behind!”
