Really, cmon man :). It might have been late when i wrote that btw. Lets see some good data or links to it. I have heard all about the thousands of experiments that have been done in Brewing. I'm hoping somebody can share them with me because I can't seem to find them other than brulosophy.

Yes, the research is about the basic science of saccharomyces cerevesiae. A large amount of it relates to yeast microbiology and relates to beer.
You could also enter pastorianus.
PubMed is probably one of, if not the most, complete accumulations of biomedical research on the planet.

There is quite a lot of data here in the form of published technical papers on all aspects of brewing science. Done by actual scientists.
