Jesus, are those studs made out of tin foil? Good thing they won't be exposed to the elements at all, it'd suck if they rusted away to nothing before spring.

Same as a stud but wider. say if you were building a 2x4 wall, the track would be your top plate and shoe. in this case, the stud would fit into the track and you would screw through the track into the stud. stiffens the bejeezahs out of your frame as well..... i see a lot in the pic that could be different... just sayin'

So, it takes your stud and makes it stiffer? Is that what you're saying?

Ok, what picture?

A week or two ago I stopped at The Sluice Room right before they closed. The place was packed with the usual collection of Financial District cubical dwellers, homeless alcoholics, runaways and sociopaths. I get myself a beer and sit in the only available chair, a stool in the corner. I'm sipping my beer when Dingleberry snaps my picture from behind the bar. Apparently he found it hysterical that I was sitting on a stool in the corner.

Now... While I know Paul would be total douchenozzle in this situation, I can not be... And will add to the story that we had been talking for a while at the bar, shootin the shti, making fun of Yeager, and having some beers..... when Mr. TheNurse walked away and decided that was a good spot to rest his tired feet.

I looked over from behind the bar and realized that was cover-of-Time-magazine material right there and got my phone out as quickly as possible.... and I think getting it just as he glanced up was a really nice touch.

It was instantly met with, "you fcukin' sahck!" in a solid Boston accent.

Just pure beauty really.

You guys are just jealous of my wicked pissah coveralls. They drive the ladies wild. And they are great for getting out of having to go somewhere you don't feel like going...
