Evening folks! I have been browsing these forums for a couple months now. Thought it might be time to actually speak up! I have been brewing for about 8 months and have totally fallen in love with it. I am currently brewing a dry Irish stout from the second runnings of a Russian imperial stout.
As of now, I have a raspberry brown, American Amber, American wheat, and an American pale ale bottled. In fermenters, I have, one gallon of wheat beer with Jolly Pumpkin dregs, one gallon of the raspberry brown with assorted dregs, and a 15 gallon sour solera project pitched with WYeast, Roseselare Blend.
I am incredibly excited to have found this hobby and I can't wait to share my progress with other like minded individuals!
