making jamil's russian imperial stout, and I have everything except the PALE chocolate malt. the recipe calls for 1/2lb of chocolate, and 1/2lb pale chocolate. I have some carafa I(300-375L), should i toss that in or just double up on the reg chocolate malt? what do yall think? thanks,

I'm sure the carafa will be fine, in such a big complex beer the grainbill details aren't as important as they are in a simple recipe. Pitch enough yeast, keep fermentation temps down etc... good luck.
