Okay, here's how it works......
Everyone adds one ingredient in their reply, at the end we have the craziest recipe ever. We'll make ten gallons starting with

65lbs of Vienna.

I am going to assume he meant 6.5 pounds of Vienna, and make an addition:

6.5 pounds Vienna
1/2 pound of C40L
 
6.5 lb Vienna
0.5 lb C40L
5 lb Key Limes
1 oz Simcoe @ 60 min
1 oz Citra @ 15
1 oz Mosaic whirlpool 20 min
 
Since this is a 10 gal batch, 6.5 lbs Vienna won't cut it for base malt. Now that we have key limes and citrusy hops, I'm going to go for a summer lawn mower brew. So I'm going to add some wheat.

6.5 pounds Vienna
5 lbs German Wheat
1/2 pound of C40L
5 lbs of key limes
1 oz of Simcoe at 60 min
1oz citra at 15 min

Edit: ... and I guess some Mosaic :)

It started out looking ok but now it just looks sort of gross hahaha.

Plugged it all into Brewer's friend recipe calculator... I did all grain and just added the dme as a fermentalbe addition. Not sure if the calculator liked that because it was saying all the grains need to be mashed but here's what I got...

EDIT: just put it in as a partial mash and none of the numbers changed.

FG: 1.016
ABV: 5.41
IBU: 33.74
SRM: 24.92

Might be different if you plug it all in as an extract batch.

Now then... who's going to actually brew this??
