Spoils of War

Late 60s freaky electronic art psych pop with Shorts Cup A Joe. Not sure why but I was having an issue with posting a pic for a minute but that might just be my own incompetence. Rest assured I've been spinning discs and drinking. This here's a mix or two I made this year. Hoping for a really great 2018. Cheers TB! :)

So this is a cool story. Bros. As per kbuzz.
In laws live in MD, so it's a trek every year. An early stop for years has been Reins Deli in Vernon, CT. for breakfast. Tourist trap for sure, but a tasty one. And out of the corner of my eye the last few years I saw a sign for what appeared to be a record store. With a lovely wife, two handful kids, and a pill of a mom, it was just a "yeah, I should check that sometime".

Enter a drunk/stoned message to davey101 one night when I randomly noticed he lived near Reins. Lit af discussions regarding deli fare aside, Dave mentioned the record store.
Two ninja stops in the last 5 days, both during food prep. 3 records. The one on right now...

Everyone should have (almost) the complete Ghoul discography.

Things one does not expect to happen on a holiday drive. Thanks, boss.

Did I say something about vinyl re-issues?

On a metal/personal/annoying level, this is a great purchase. Having grabbed the latter At the Gates album (At War with Reality) when it came out, and having dug it as it's own album, as it is damn good; it was frustrating to have that whole...
..."yeah, but it's not Slaughter of the Soul"...
...thing out there.

**** off.

Fine.

Now I have both.
