And a really great post from the best record store in the state:

Late pass here but mindblown that zen arcade (aka one of the greatest albums of all time) isn't in your top two Dü lps! Though I agree these are rippers as are all HU albums.

Rest in power, Grant.

I keep getting ads for a U Turn Orbit turntable on my Facebook feed. Anyone have any experience with them? I've been wanting to get a player for a while now but don't know where to start. Looking for any recommendations for something that won't kill my bank account.

Audio Technica make good entry-level simple to use tables. My wife wouldn't let me take up too much room when I starting pushing to get my set-up going again. So I opted for one of their tables with the built-in preamp so that I could just plug some bookshelf speakers into it. You can turn that option off though if you wanted to do your own thing. I got a bluetooth model too, so I can still crank **** up while kids are asleep.

Obviously I'm not doing myself any favors with sound quality, but it was the only way I was gonna get to listen to my collection again. Have had mine for maybe a year or so and it gets a lot of use and no problems whatsoever.

Budget REGA from what I hear. Reviews are mixed but you could do worse for the money and a perfectly adequate "starter" turntable.

Do you have a turntable literate friend who could inspect it on arrival / dial in tracking for you? Heard some people have been unhappy with the tone arm but it's gonna be hard for someone to QC that over a message board...
