local all girl kick ass band.
my own sorta shandy... found this gem TODAY at my local. I looooooooved LTJ in college. saw them ~a year before this recording with the suicide machines. kick ass. a little disappointed Jen doesn't like me anymore wasn't on this. but I've been trying to find pezcore or losing streak on vinyl to no avail. if anyone has any leads.....?
$40-50 is the most I'll pay for any vinyl. but I reeeeeeeeeaaaaally have to want it.Looks like ebay/discogs is the only option and those are still in the $50 range. I reaaallly want to get Anthem on vinyl but can't bring myself to pay for one. Their new EP is actually pretty good and worth the pick up!

Picked up this "club" reissue (WTF that means) used on some cool ass black/blue marble vinyl...and pop up gatefold illustration. Whatever. El Scorcho was my wife and I's jam then, so... had to buy it...

an old 70s occult Italian heavymetal crypt clunker
Always a good time when Budos comes to town. I don't really follow daptone or afro-jazz but Dan Foder is salt of the earth. (Bring him BEER when Budos comes to your town!) Although it's totally different style, his other band Python (w/ Lino from Hemlock/Villains/etc) put out one LP so far "Serpent Superstition" that was one of my top 5 of 2015. Sounds like an old 70s occult Italian heavymetal crypt clunker that could have been on black widow. All analog recording, magick in theory and practice.
