BST with an Upslope hefe. Very pleasantly surprised by the Upslope Hefe, in fact, this the the first beer from them that has impressed me. It is a good traditional one with decent banana, touch of clove and a trace of citrus. I'd put this in top 5 percent of american hefes along with New Glarus and La Cumbre offerings.

Or maybe AmAnSet? I think I only ever liked bands that teetered on emo.

Teetering on emo you say? I love teetering on emo (though maybe this is emo teetering on hardcore?)!

This record came with a bunch of inserts, this one was the best. Gotta love old punk record inserts!

Oh and beer too,

Oh and beer too,

What PMFS record is that? They changed forever after Copper and Stars. That was their only emo record. Everything turned sinister after that.

This is the Knife in the Marathon EP. There's an Unbroken cover on the other side, so not metal quite yet.

Ah. I just traded in that CD. It was a clear disc with splatter all over it. Cool as **** for a CD. Was sad to see it go, but just can't bother with CDs anymore. Got Mercy on magenta vinyl with the trade in credit. PMFS are timeless. Such a unique sound. Dudes actually stayed at my place after a show a while back when I lived in Pittsburgh. At one point the girl I was dating at the time, who had no idea what they were all about (and wasn't at show obviously), drunkenly asked Gared if he could sing something. He very timidly answered "uh, I don't really sing". She was so confused. "But you're the singer right??"

Haha. ******* hilarious.
