Been reading all your posts for months....tonight I'm sitting and drinking my first batch of an ice cold, wonderfully carbonated Irish Red. I gained alot of knowledge just reading all of your posts and implented everything I learned. Good job Guys! Thanks. I just bottled a Cream Ale and have the Innkeeper in the fermenter...tommorrow I brew a Honey Pilsner.....this hobby rocks!! Thanks guys....Cheeers!

Seems like you're a little ahead of me (oatmeal stout in bottles ~2 weeks and IPA in the fermenter) but this place is so full of knowledge and good advice. I cant stop reading!
