I just read a thread, where P-J mentions (back in Jan) that he was not doing well. I'm starting a thread because I for one have greatly benefited from his advice and designs for my eBrew setup. P-J did me the further service of a call, back in 2011 when I was building, that really helped explain things. I'm ok with Elec, and have a father, and a friend who I can get great elec advice from. However, they no nothing about brewing and it changes the conversation quite a bit. P-J's insight, and experience with his designs as they apply to our applications have helped many, myself included.

at the risk of sounding like a Facebook post, if you've found help in design or advice from P-J, perhaps drop a note here and let him know. all too often in life, we dont get thanked for our efforts.

My CP is completely based on one of P-J's designs. Before I stumbled across his schematics and found the EXACT THING I WAS LOOKING FOR, I was getting ready to ante up quite a bit more money for a prebuilt unit.

I love my new electric control panel. Brewing in the basement is so much easier than hauling all of my stuff outside. If it weren't for P-J's designs and replies to my questions, I probably would have never even attempted to build a basement brewery. When my basement brewery is completely done, his picture is going up on the wall, along side Kal's.
