With the great feedback we received in this thread, we've dipped our toes back in the water and brewed a Belgian Ale. Our original goal was a Tripel, but we'll see what we've got in a few weeks. Anyhow, I thought I'd share this video here as well in the hopes that we receive more suggestions from this group. We really take comments to heart and are anxious to learn more. We're having so much fun that we've just brewed a hefeweizen, but this time we used a kit from Northern Brewer. My buddy is still editing it and we may share that with this community as well in a couple of weeks. As you can tell, we're having fun. Thanks in advance!
