I've been kegging for nearly two years and I haven't bottled since the very beginning. I wanted to bottle a Belgian that I brewed a few weeks ago because I think I'll drink it too slowly to keg it (and may want to age it for a while as well). I reviewed the Revvy's sticky on bottling hints and today I bottled a batch for the first time in over a year.

I finished in just over an hour - an hour and a half or so including all clean-up. Everything was smooth and easier than I remembered.
