I bottled my first batch today ... Weizenbier from Brewers Best. Smelled good ... looked good. I'm only thankful that I read many threads here on HBT. My batch started bubbling hard overnight but quit bubbling after 48 hours. I was ready to dump it until I read all the posts addressing this exact dilemma here. I also got SUPER help with racking and particularly bottling in the HBT forums. Only time (3-5 weeks) will tell but the advice provided by seasoned brewers here was invaluable. It is GREAT to be a newby in this valuable community!!
