I love this company. Every order I place they up the amounts (slightly, but still higher) of hops or something else, and the one time they made a mistake, they made up for it by giving me free extras to use later on. It's a small amount of financial "loss" that they put in each order, but it sure goes a long way in customer loyalty. I'll never go anywhere else.

I've actually noticed that he has stopped doing this on most of my orders lately. I stopped weighing my grain because it's always accurate but he used to give me extra hops. Usually 1.1 or 1.2 oz for every ounce I ordered, but now i noticed they are exactly one ounce. Not that I can blame him, I paid for an ounce and don't expect any more, and he has never shorted me. Ed definitely runs a great company, I recently made the mistake of ordering the barley crusher from the company instead of BMW because I thought it would be cheaper. But with his insane shipping I ended up paying more, oops.

Ordered a order on Friday. If you join his facebook page he has "Facebook Friday" specials. Friday was free shipping so 7 bucks off in shipping worked for me.
