Howdy,

My name is Michael, I live in Lampasas, TX. I'll turn 24 next week and I work as a guitar amplifier technician. I met a couple of forum members face to face tonight in Falmike's garage, so I thought I'd introduce myself.

This is such a wonderful resource. I've learned so much from searching through the forums and all the FAQs, thanks a lot to everyone who ever answered a dumb question.

Welcome! You'll find quite a few Texans here. Are you new to homebrewing or just new to the forums? I homebrewed for a while before joining here, and I don't know how I made drinkable beer before.

Howdy! I wish I could agree with you, but unfortunately, there are quite a few Texans here. And from what I've seen, they represent the state very well. Seems you can't turn around without running into one of their cowboy hats.

Howdy! I'm a transplanted Texan on the East Coast (Baltimore). Moved out here when I was 13, but try to keep a little bit of the Lone Star shining way out here.

We just had our first baby, and SWMBO agreed to decorate his nursery in classic Cowboy! Feels like home.

Welcome! You'll find that even the Yanks here are friendly.

Good to meet you last night Boogdish! Sorry we couldn't hang out longer. Look under the "groups" tab at Central Texas Brewers. Bunch more contacts there, too.

I moved from TEXAS (all caps and spelled out bc we're that bad***) to sc in 1990..finally moving back at the end of this yr! YEEEE_HAW!

sup brother.

Huntsville here, just moved from Houston to finish college.

We'll have to keep in contact once I make it big after I learn to make my own guitars.

Saying Texas was underrepresented was my idea of a joke. I gotta remember that on the internet sarcasm is hard to read.

Thanks for the kind welcome, everybody.

welcome Michael. not a native texan, but lovin it here. ditto on the sarcasm. tough thing to express on a keyboard
