Finished running a "dry run" on my new rig, and I have to say that I am pleased. Heated 11 gallons in the HLT (took about 20 minutes) to 170* (not bad considering the ground water temp is about 40 degrees at the moment), then pumped to the MLT. Held 160* steady for over an hour. Had a couple of leaks from my camlocks on my hoses, so I tightened them up. I plan on brewing a 10 gallon batch of Belgian Wit this upcoming weekend. I have a starter going right now, and plan on adding more DME to it this week to get my yeast count up.
