Hello Gang-
Just completed my kegerator and have my corny carbonating. I chose the "set and forget" method. I have my corny and the c02 tank (5 lb) in the fridge. I set my c02 to 12psi after purging the 02 out. Had a hard time getting my corny to seal. I set it at 30psi and bled the corny down from there. All seems good (for now) still not convince the corny is not leaking around the lid.
My real question is.......When I put the c02 tank in the fridge, my tank pressure goes below the "green zone", I guess to around 30 psi, when I take te tank out of the fridge it goes back up to the "green zone' or the "full" area. Is this normal? Does this mean that my fridge is too cold? I don't have a thermometer yet to see exactly what the fridge temp is, Im guessing about 40*.
The c02 pressure stay at a steady 12 psi.
Thanks for any help.
