Temperature Control Recommendations

I just bought a chest freezer that I plan to convert to a fermentation chamber. I would appreciate recommendations on a temperature control device.

ITC-308. It costs the same as building an STC/ITC 1000. If you want to get fancy go for the 310 and set fermentation schedules for lagers.

Advice regardless of what you choose. Make sure- no matter what- you secure your temp probe to the inside of the freezer somehow - so that no matter what- if can't accidentally come loose and end up outside when you are cleaning it, filling it, removing stuff from it, etc. Heed my advice or suffer the consequences.....View attachment IMG_0806.jpg
