Total novice to the craft so please help.Got a coopers lager fermenting at a nice steady warm temp.Got it mixed with500g dme/500g dextrose.

Q1.Do I have to Lager this brew?
Q2.what is Lagering,and how do I do it?
Q3.Should I use Coopers priming capsuals to prime or something else?
