I'm new to cold crashing.

I have a 12 gallon batch in a sanke keg that I put outside two days ago. Temp varies between 35-55 throughout the day/night.

Any thoughts on how long to leave it out there before putting into cornies?

Thanks,

I usually crash in the fermentor, so being glass I can see that most of it has compacted after 2 days. any little sediment that may be left is so miniscule that I just dont care. but 2 days will see most of your benefit, from my experience at least

Thanks, guys. Sounds perfect.

I'm guessing my beer's average temp is low 40's?

I'll give it another day or two.
