What's the best way to control ferm temps when using kegs as primary? thermowell? Probe taped to side of keg?

Click to expand... Great technique. Reducing the external heat load on the sensor and getting the sensor as (thermally) close to the UUT (unit under test) is the best anyone can do. Cheers.

Upon further research, it sounds like the stainless steel of the Keg might actually be even more accurate than either the glass or the plastic.
