I've got carboys of cider ready to bottle tomorrow. White chunks at the surface. Is there any way to tell for sure it's gone to vinegar?

I just kegged a batch of strawberry cider. It had a pretty good amount of white chunky floaters, and no detectable vinegar/acetobacter smell or taste.

Hopefully it's not infected, but if it is just drink it faster!

I hadn't heard of yeast doing that. I can't be sure it was yeast, but it wasn't the mother starting to make vinegar. I bottled 15 gallons. Thanks for the advice all...
