tasty 4% or low alcohol recipe?

Something really easy and refreshing is the simple wheat.

50/50 two row and wheat. 1/2lb flaked oats. Enough hops for bittering for 20ibus. US05 yeast or something similar. Mash around 152.

Very easy to drink. Lower the wheat/2-row if you want less alcohol but that will yield around 4.7% at 70% efficiency.

You can add a brewers best flavoring or similar and make a nice fruity wheat.

Another vote for Orfy's mild. I made that a while back with 002, which is a really low attenuating yeast, and the ABV came in under 3% and it was soooo tasty and wonderfully flavorful.
