Taprite 740 Spewing out weep hole

guessing the diaphram is shot, so ordered a repair kit. I've had this regulator sitting around awhile and after i hooked it up to my corny i had cider coming out the weep hole of the regulator.

Guessin' you need, or have an inoperable, check vale in your gas line........

so its been awhile but i figured i would update. i replaced the regulator but before i did that i actually released pressure in the keg, it was blowing out liquid under high pressure so i believe what may have happened was the pressure inside the keg was higher than the regulator so it was pushing liquid back through the co2 line especially since I think i had over filled the keg. so i think i solved the problem.
