I purchased the tap a draft system, and decided to use it for an all grain ESB that I brewed with ringwood yeast. While racking out of secondary, the beer was awesome. After carbonating for 3 weeks I tapped it. BOO! All I can taste is sediment. And no wonder with the beer line resting on the bottom of the bottle. Did I just waste fifty bucks, or can this be elieviated?
