I am planning to cook this up this weekend, and wanted to know if anyone has done it before. Looks mighty tasty, but I'm thinking about dropping the abv's a little bit. I'm planning on taking it to a music festival in July, and I...well...kinda wanna remember the festival.

I don't know how she'll turn out, but she's bubbling away nicely!

I cut the % down a bit (the original recipe calls for 10%), so with an OG of 1.050, should come out to around 6.5%
