Hey all, after our 1st failed attempt(https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f39/fail-ale-131901/index1.html) We are back for more fun.. so about 3-4 weeks ago we brewed a batch of "power fail ale"(don't ask). So this time around we got fermentation and no MOLD! big plus right?
Well then us being a bunch of very busy telecom engineers(read: slackers), we've the beer in the primary fermentation carboy for 3-4 weeks now.. So my question is.. what now? Do we still move it to a 2ndary carboy for a week or two? do we just bottle/keg it the way it is now? Its based on an american brown ale recipe btw.
Thanks in advance.
