So I currently have a glass carboy full of infected beer. Certainly acetobacter, and due to a ridiculous mistake on my part, most likely brett and some other bugs. I know there are other threads with carboy sanitation technique, but in an instance where there are bugs involved, do the same rules apply? The glass is brand new (the crap batch is the first use), so would I be good soaking with oxyclean to clean and then soaking with starsan? Or should I use a bleach solution?
