This is my first time posting a recipe on here so not really too sure what I'm doing, but anyway...

Mash at 66C (150.8F)
I aim for around 50ppm chloride and 175ppm sulfate.
Grain bill:
- 3KG Gladfield American Ale malt (60%)
- 1KG Gladfield Munich malt (20%)
- 500g Gladfield Toffee malt (10%) - if you can't find this then I suppose you can use light crystal instead
- 500g Gladfield Wheat malt (10%)
Hops:
- 10g Green Bullet (12.7% AA) @ 60 min
- 33g Taiheke (6.8% AA) @ 10 min
- 33g Taiheke @ 15 min whirlpool
- 33g Taiheke dry hop
- 33g Amarillo (6.6% AA) @ 10 min
- 33g Amarillo @ 15 min whirlpool
- 33g Amarillo dry hop
